因为他们查到的我们是5.16号file的。 那明明是他们cash支票的时间啊，真是无语。
我于是给congressman寄去了797notice证明RD是4.29。不过这周五也要去infopass催
EAD， 到时候再说好了。 关于485的回复如下：Form I-485 is currently assigned
to an officer for review. Although assigned, we are unable to predict the
date a final decision will be made on this case. If your constituent has not
received a notice of action or a decision on this case within 30 days,
please contact us for updates.
这个是套话还是预示有啥意义？ 请大家帮看看。 谢谢！ |

。我把邮件扔到邮筒里后，收到email说批的。

发帖数: 447 | 16 第一次给congressman写email差不多过了四五天收到回音的，那个回信叫我们签个表格
交个材料啥的。 然后等他们收到材料提交查询之后又等了十多天收到回信的， 说NSC
那边assign IO云云。也有个朋友给congressman写信5分钟就有回音的，所以还是case
by case吧 |
