i-140 PP 10天过。
485 被RFE，要我submit evidence which establishes that you continue to be
engaged in your field of extraordinary ability（因为PhD在读的employment
verification上学校明确写了到今年6月过期）。
但是当时工卡一直没批下来，于是联系我准备去的postdoc老板，让他帮我写个
supporting letter说我准备去那里做postdoc，但是工卡没批blah blah。
在RFE交上去不到一周，工卡就批下来了。以为可以坐等绿卡，没想到本周有收到第二
个RFE，说，The records show that you do have an approved I-765 employment
authorization. Please submit a current dated letter from your intended
permanent employer.
因为之前已经有了一个RFE，这次实在吓怕了。。。
不知怎么答复这个RFE会比较保险。如果入职的title是postdoc的话，这个职位不是"
permanent employment"，系里一般都是每年renew contract。还可以以research
scientist的title入职。但是这个title的“minimum educational requirement”是
master而非PhD。
请问板上EB1A的postdoc在开具EVL的时候都是怎么写的。

Please submit a current dated letter from your intended permanent employer.
The letter from your original employer must specify the job title and duties
of the offered position, the minimum educational or training requirements,
the date you began (or will begin) employment, and the offered salary or
wage. This letter must be on company letterhead and signed, in the original,
by an appropriate authority within the organization who is authorized to
make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. | r*****n
发帖数: 972 | 2 现在居然出现了这样的现象，我的可能也是要二次RFE的迹象啊。
版上其他postdoc都是有年限的offer letter 貌似没有出现过问题啊。你现在用正式的
offer letter应该就可以了吧。
