我h4身份是从2009年2月1日，到2012年1月31结束，我申请了学校，并于2011年11月
file了f1身份，2012年4月f1身份已经批准了，上面的i94日期从2012年4月27日开始，
没有写到期日期。但在开学之前，我让学校保持我的f1身份直到我file 了h4申请。
2012年5月29日开学（新的i-20 还没有给我），我最终没有去报到上学，这个I-20和f1
身份是否就算没有激活？而是于2012年5月16日开学前，我由f1 身份file了h4身份，并于
2012年7月5日h4身份批准，i94 到期日期是2015年2月1日。这期间我没有离开过美国。
我中间那个F1身份算没有激活吗？这样我的身份算是有gap了吗？2种情况。
1，如果f1合法的话，我算没有gap,也不存在身份违例。
2，如果那个f1没有激活的话，我是在第一次h4存续期间递交的f1申请，一直是pending
,这个算合法滞留。直到收到f1批准后才第二次递交的h4申请。这个h4算不算gap155天
？合法吗？寄来的f1批准和h4批准文件上都带有I-94
2014年6月25日，孩子爸爸，我，还有年幼的小孩一起file了485，孩子爸爸是主申请
人，9月18日孩子爸爸和小孩，AP和工卡都批准了，直到今天10月6日就我的一点动静都
没有，我打移民局的电话，说我是在security check 当中。 这是否和我那次转换了签
证有关？那个到底算gap吗？
Uscis 给我的回复是这样的，请高人看看我的485 有问题吗？我那个算gap吗？对485批
准有影响吗，如果有影响怎么补救呢？还是得找律师？如果需要找律师，我不会省这个
钱的。谢谢大家
