I got the green card in last Aug. I am planing to go back to Shanghai before
Jan 1st 2015. Family is going to stay in MD. To try to maintain my green
card in two years. I sent the I-131 form to USCIS to apply a reentry permit
and they received my application material on 11/05/14. Anyone knows how long
I have to wait to get their notice for Fingerprint (biometric services)? I
have to get the fingerprint done before leaving this country. After this,
then I can book the flight and apply the Certificate for backing to China
from the Embassy. Thank you very much!
