发帖数: 349 | 1 郁闷，律师10/22mailed out my supporting documents. However, it never got
delivered by USPS and it said it messed up the mailing address.
Then the attorney told me to wait when they tried to locate my package...
After 1.5 week, there were no progress... Then I re-mailed all the documents
to attorney again to ask her to re-assemble and re-mail...The USPS finally
delivered it on 11/13.
...
However, the USCIS website indicates that it should receive the supporting
documents within 7 business days..Apparently, I missed the 7 days. The
attorney said it won't cause any problem...USCIS website is down and under
maintenance. So my case is not trace-able...
I don't trust this attorney any more..
Anybody has experienced this situations? What happened if the 7 business
days were missed?

发帖数: 22 | 5 USPS sometimes is too slow to update the tracking information.
It's better to use Fedex but it's more expensive. |
