In terms of chance of rejection and RFE, (money doesn't matter)
1. Is there a difference between pp and add pp later?
2. Is there a difference between +pp later and non-pp?
I read many posts. seems 1 is yes and 2 is no?

这东西很难讲，每个人都是用非常有限的自己周边几个人的经历。除非你有几百几千个
Data来分析，否则都没啥意义。从这点讲，几个大所和大蜜应该比较有发言权。 |

I'm working with a law firm and they recommended not to do pp so I didn't do
it, but damn now it's too slow. And see many pp pass cases way weaker than
mine
