Just called, the lady told me everything that I can get from their website,
I asked for SR, she tried to, but failed, saying that my case is still
within normal processing time. I tried to talk to tier2 IO, she kindly
transfered my call, but it ended up with a call-back service, the average
waiting time is 2 hours.
there seems no way working for me? why?

I am thinking if it is because I didn't apply for EAD? I don't have urgent
need for that, but I just learned my parents need me to be greened so that
they can transfer their health insurance from our hometown to Beijing in
order to stay with my sister. This is the weird Chinese policy.
since I failed to ask for SR, could I call them soon instead of 30 days
