收到NVC的信，里面有一个document cover letter. However, it is not entirely
clear which documents about petitioner (me) and which about immigrant visa
applicant (parents). Below are my understanding and want to check with DaNiu
to confirm:
1.Document Cover Sheet (itself)
2. Financial Documents:
a. Affidavit of support (petitioner)
b. IRS Tax transcript (petitioner)
c. Federal Income Tax returns (petitioner)
d. Form W2 (petitioner)
e. Evidence of income (petitioner)
f. Proof of relationship (parents-daughter relationship)
g. Proof of U.S. Status (petitioner)
h. Social Security Erarnings statment (petitioner)
i. Proof of assests (peitioner)
3. Supporting Documents
a. Adoption documentation (NA)
b. Birth certificate(petitioner)
c. Court and prioson records (peitioners)
d/ Marriage certificate (petitioner?)
e. Marriagte termination document (NA)
f. Military records (NA)
g. Peitioner documents (Not sure what this is????)
h. Photocopy of valid passport (petitioner?)
i. Photographs (applicants?)
j/ Police certificates (petitioner?)
k. Translations (whatever is provided?)
l. Photocopies (whatever is provided?)
4. Other documents (what are these???)
Can someone please help to clarify if my understanding is correct or let me
know what are truly required?

发帖数: 944 | 2 我觉得第3条列的应该都是applicants的，而不是petitioner的。比如valid passport
肯定是applicant的passport，petitioner的passport没有任何用处，要用来证明US
citizen的话应该在第2条的US status 已经提到了。
你是准备consulate processing 么？ 能不能说一下你什么时候申请的，什么时候收到
NVC的信的？ Thanks！

photocopies 都是什么呀？police certificates 能写na么？photocopies是什么的
photocopies呢? photographs是不是就是护照照片呢?
我是去年10月份申请的,很快就收到NVC的确认信,受到这个package是大概今年1月份.
