description也做了相应的改变。但如今即使职业code一致了，我的EB1A律师说"

for your green card application for a couple of reasons:
(1) In your I-140 petition letter, we stated that your specific field of
endeavor is psychometrics and that you are qualified for a green card under
the EB1A category based on your ‘research on a highly specialized area
focusing on how to effectively collect, manage and conduct analyses of
complex research data for substance abuse and public health research.’ We
do not believe that USCIS would find that this position is in the same field
of endeavor."
请问我这个Case会有风险但到底有多大的风险呢? 能不能给个大概的估计？多谢。
另外，移民官一般都会去找petition letter中的specialized area来做决定吗？还是
偶尔才会？如果移民官一般都会去找的话，还要填职业code干嘛呢？还是说EB1A类移民
官一般都会去找petition letter中的specialized area来做决定, 而二类只看看职业
code就行了？
