到有人是这样的回信的，请大家帮我们看看：
USCIS records confirm that the constituent's case is pending at this time.
USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and
efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national security and
compliance with all relevant directions. While the processing steps for most
applications or petitions are completed quickly, a small percentage of
cases involve unresolved issues that may result in adjudication delays. For
example, if our review reveals an issue that may impact an individual's
eligibility for the requested immigration benefit, further inquiring is
needed. The inquiry may include an additional interview and/or contact with
another agency for updates or more comprehensive information.
Unfortunately, there have been no new updates to share at this time. We are
unable to determine at this time when the review process for the case will
be completed. USCIS will issue a decision on your constituent's case once
certain issues are resolved. We are striving to resolve these issues as soon
as possible.
We understand that your constituent may be frustrated by the progress of the
case. However, USCIS must balance individual inconvenience against broader
issues of public safety and national security.
看起来好像问题很严重啊。我们的情况是，我是主申请人，和我lg异地。我去过两次
infopass，都告诉我我的background check已经clear了 （好像2月份就clear了）。我
lg不在，不能给他查。现在不知道这说的unresolved issues是啥啊，如果是我lg的
background check的话，那有可能我的先批吗？还是说要clear了一起批？ | s*********7

不用紧张，要是真有“unresolved issues”，早就应该给你RFE了。。。。
