早就已经超过了75天，
网上做了service request，说oct 5之前回复
但是已经定了24号的机票
H1B Oct 15过期，新的仍然在pending
像这种情况，有什么理由能加急AP？
现在真是如坐针毡，改签机票，也不知道改到哪一天合适啊 |

发帖数: 94 | 2 FYI - I did SR on Sept 10th and was told USCIS will response by Oct 2nd. But
I got an update today that my EAD card is in order.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your
case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform
additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing
time. |

发帖数: 98 | 8 就俺个人知道的，http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria，这里很明确说明了适用于加急处理的条件，具体来说，感觉第一条和第四条，更有可能适用于绝大多数中国人 |
