之前做过SR，说60天内有消息。结果没有任何消息。继续催。得到如下回复：
“Based on your inquiry we researched the status of your case. USCIS is
actively processing your Form I-485 case. However, we have to perform an
additional review on this case and it has caused a longer processing time.
We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for this
case will be completed. Please note that cases undergoing an additional
review, could be under a review for quite some time. If you do not receive
a notice of action or a decision on this case within 120 days, you may
contact us for an update.“
简直拿他们毫无办法。有经验的朋友，能不能提供建议，该怎么应对？谢谢了！ |

我家副申请 RD 1/15/2015，上一次service request 也是说assigned to officer,
60天给回复。昨天满60天。今天刚
刚重做了一次service request. 也不知是跟填党员有没有关系。
等得心烦！ |
