07/24/2015开始通过网上联系Senator;
affebaby (艾宝宝)也收到类似回复，affebaby建议赶紧联系USCIS, 因为USCIS可能犯
错误。 ("it's an administrative error. They treat us as EB2");
依affebaby建议，07/30/2015打Tier 2电话做SR以纠正administrative error，电话中
听到繁忙的打字声，感觉Tier 2详细地阐述了错误;（在此，强烈再次感谢affebaby和
Tier 2 officer的帮忙！）
08/06/2015 Senator的工作人员回复，让填” Release of Information“ form;
08/17/2015 Senator的工作人员sent out inquiry to USCIS;
08/16/2015：收到纸质SR回复(08/11/2015 sent out from USCIS)，具体不太记得，大
约就是“Case was assigned to officer" and "Decision notice will be sent out
within 60 days";
08/21/2015: 收到转自Senator的USCIS回复， ”USCIS records indicate that this
case is currently assigned to an officer for review and is being adjudicated
based on an approved Form I-140. Although the case is assigned to an
officer, we are unable to determine the date a final decision may be made on
this case. Please note that processing times are not guaranteed and are
simply goals set by each Service Center.“
60天过去了，10月大潮前两周还是没消息；
10/12/2015: 第二次Online SR 同时重新联系Senator；
10/13/2015: 第二次Online SR回复：”Your case is currently under review by an
officer. You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other
action within 60 days of the date of this letter.“
10/19/2015: Senator的工作人员sent out another inquiry to USCIS;
10/28/2015: 收到转自Senator的USCIS回复，"USCIS records indicate this case is
still assigned to an officer for review. The officer is aware that we are
receiving congressional inquiries on this case, however, we are still unable
to determine the date a final decision may be made on this case."
10/30/2015: On October 30, 2015, we ordered your new card.
10/30/2015: we registered your permanent resident status
总结：
1.副申请大俗名+党员可能导致主副未能同时批。有点后悔填写党员 （因为后来才知道
周围的朋友都没声明党员）。
2.感觉Tier 2 的人Service Request对纠正错误有作用；
另外Senator的Inquiry 对最后催Approved也有用，（“The officer is aware that
we are receiving congressional inquiries on this case”）。
