email通知说被RFE。
On April 4, 2016, we mailed a request for initial evidence for your Form I-
485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status,
Receipt Number SRCXXXXXX. The request for evidence explains what we need
from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence
or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the
request for evidence. If you do not receive your request for evidence by
May 4, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the
notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new
mailing address.
由于我485 pending期间，换了3次工作（请大家轻拍。。。），所以我能想到的RFE内
容有：
1.Employment Letter。第一次换工作是因为实验室没钱了，只好从A大学换到B大学做
第二轮博士后，结果工作了8个月后，实验室又没钱了，只好又换到C大学再做博士后，
在C大学做了4.5个月博士后，老板跳槽到B大学当副教授，整个lab都要搬到B大学。我
在C大学的博士后是4月1号开始上班。
2.重新体检。看版上说的体检是一年有效。
3.党员问题。这个最头痛，我是党员，脱党（按停交党费后6个月算）没有五年(才两年
9个月）。我和老公目前异地工作，只有一个美国公民儿子，目前在中国，宝儿快满2岁
了。
我想请教一下大家几个问题：
1. Initial evidence和additional evidence有什么区别吗？我的是要求补充Initial
evidence...心里觉得很紧张。
2. 我4月9号要搬家，已经在USPS上要求从4月10号开始，邮件转往新地址。但是据说政
府部门的信件不能被USPS转寄，是这样的吗？
如果4月4号USCIS寄出RFE通知，在4月9号结束前我能收到邮件吗？
各位收到过RFE的兄弟姐妹们，从网上更新说要RFE开始算，到收到移民局的信件，中间
大概需要几天呢？
大家觉得我应该现在就在USCIS系统里面改地址吗？
我的485也找律师了，这个RFE的邮件是会寄给我，还是会寄给我的律师呢？还是会寄给
我的律师和我本人？
3. 由于我脱党没满5年，可以提出wavier申请，因为我和老公是美国公民的父母，我老
公非党员，所以可以提出申请wavier掉执政党需要脱党满5年的要求。但是我儿子现在
在中国，本来打算6月23号接他回美国的，现在是不是要提前接他回美国呢？如果确实
被要求RFE党员问题的话。

建议等到ref来的时候看清楚比现在担心要好多了。如果实在要做什么事，可以先约体
检的医生。可以和你的485律师先讨论一下。 |

2. 信２－３天内寄到。你应该在９号前收到。你的律师也会收到相同的信。所以不用
担心。
３。你儿子虽是美国公民，但是在法律上他未成年，他只能随你走，不是你随他走。他
不能决定你的长期居留。你要证明入党是被迫的，非自愿的。

RFE了党员问题和体检。我从停交党费至今没有满5.5年（3年4个半月），现在很发愁。
On Form I-485, Part 3-Section C, you indicated that you were a member of the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) from XXX to XXX. However, the explanation
you provided about your involvement in the Communist Party contained
statements identified as more likely than not originating from a commonly
used template located on the internet. As such, USCIS requests that you
submit a sworn statement in your own words detailing your membership
experience and involvement in the CCP.
Include the following information in your statement.
•The amount of time you spent in the application process to join the
CCP.
•Any meetings or classes that required your attendance during the
application process.
•Any other requirements you were obligated to meet during the
application process.
•Did you spend any time as a probationary member and what were the
requirements you had to fulfill during this period?
•Describe how you fulfilled any membership requirements.
•An explanation of when and why you decided to cease membership in the
Communist Party.
Also, specify if you formally requested to be withdrawn from the CCP. If
you did not formally request your membership to be withdrawn, please provide
an explanation identifying the reasons that you did not formally with draw
your membership from the CCP.
Please provide evidence of how your membership ended. Please include the
following:
•How did it end? Voluntarily withdrawing, or by a lapsing of the
membership.
•Please provide dated evidence of your removal from the Communist
Party’s membership rolls.
•Please include any evidence that the CCP acknowledged your withdraw.
都这么多年了，何时交的入党申请书早忘记了，像第一个问题，The amount of time
you spent in the application process to join the CCP.
是否可以直接写“记不清楚了，但是可能是3年”。这样可以吗？
