过从HR发来的正式的OFFER有这样一段话：
It is our understanding that you are a foreign national, and that you have
temporary employment authorization. If this is incorrect; if you are a U.S.
citizen, lawful permanent resident or foreign national who can remain
employed without employer sponsorship, please let us know. Assuming that you
do not fall into one of these categories, this is to confirm that neither
the company nor anyone employed by the company has made or is making any
commitment to file any petition or application for any temporary or
permanent immigration status. While the company may undertake such a
petition or application in the future, at this time it is too early in the
employment relationship to commit to any future sponsorship. Furthermore,
even if the company does agree to sponsor you for temporary or permanent
immigration status, there is no guarantee that such a petition or
application will be successful.
请问他们是指什么意思啊？不保证帮我申EB2/3或者EB1B？还是连H1B都不保证申啊？需
要跟未来老板再联系修改OFFER内容吗？
如果需要修改，希望大神们给个修改意见啊.

发帖数: 51 | 2 很多公司都这样的，意思就是可能可以帮忙申请h1b，但是目前不能保证，要根据入职
后的情况而定。你完全可以跟hiring manager和hr讨论这个的，最好能guarantee |

我跟未来老板说了work sponsorship（其实我是指H1B)对我很重要，希望他们确定能支
持。他回复说：In regards to the sponsorship, yes we can extend more than the
first year as well.
我感觉这中间有点误解。好像他们的意思是H1B会支持一直抽签，绿卡暂时不保证。所
以offer letter中这个immigration status意思是绿卡(EB2/3，EB1B)。
不知道我的理解对不对啊？

如果HR是这个意思我就得和hiring manager再说说了。现在60%中签率。不多抽几次怎
么中的了啊。
