那这样, 是可以了, 还是会被退出来(因为TSC official received的时候, 已经是8月

文章上说： Numbers are authorized for issuance only for applicants whose
priority date is earlier than the final action date listed below.
8月份的final action date 是 01JAN10。这里的 PD 时间早于01JAN10的，可以审核批
准了？ 哪有PD是6年前的EB1 case？说不通吧？

发帖数: 1265 | 16 Date for filing应该是不久前开始无效的，在那之前有很多EB2类别的都是凭借双
排期里面的date for filing提交485的，当然EB1一直都是current所以没有这个问题。
现在USCIS不follow date for filing主要是是因为这个财政年的EB类名额已经马上接
近饱和而且已经提交还没有处理的case也是堆积如山，没法再接纳更多的申请了。

发帖数: 825 | 17 7月31号送到TSC会被接收；8月1号送到，会被退回。所以如果这个月想交的，要抓紧了
，而且还要保证路上不被延误。
7月中旬交的话，不出意外，一般一周也寄到了，不会到8月份去的吧。
