发帖数: 35 | 1 急咨询一个问题，4月初提交的485（EB1A），主副同时提交（我和lp）各一张check，
上周我的RD收到了，但今天lp的副申请被reject，邮件里写了：“...The form was
submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your
application. If you submitted a G-1450 it has been destroyed and will not be
returned to you. Otherwise, your payment is being returned to you with this
notice. No additional action by you is required at this time."
同时lp副申请的材料也都退回来了，请问各位大神这是怎么回事？谢谢！ |

了USCIS的stamp，感觉很奇怪

发帖数: 35 | 6 是啊，感觉好奇怪，把材料退回来了还说“no action needed”，隐约感觉他们搞错了
。而且还有个奇怪的地方是我短信收到了case #，但在USCIS网址上查不到
