EAD不在免费的清单里。并且check list上有一项写的是did you pay correct fees?

NOTE: If you filed Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence
or Adjust Status, as of July 30, 2007, and you paid the Form I-485 filing
fee, no fee is required to also file a request for employment authorization
on Form I-765. You may file the Form I-765 with your Form I-485, or you may
submit the Form I-765 at a later date. If you file Form I-765 separately,
you must also submit a copy of your Form I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt
as evidence of the filing of Form I-485 as of July 30, 2007.
至于为什么免费list里面没有c9，只有renew也是有原因的，
因为第一次申请是要交485费的，所以严格说不是no fee, 相当于discount买一送一.
renew就是no fee，因为你已经交了fee

那个as of July 30, 2007也是让我纠结了半天，我以为是2007年以前的免费，2007以
后的就不免呢。。。
