pp. if you believe pp is good for your petition, then pp. if you want to
know 140 result before submitting 485, then pp 15 days before new fy starts.
otherwise, pp has nothing to do with 485 in non-cc submissions

时间是主要的因素。按照现在EB1出现排期的情况来看，排期可能越来越早出现。不想
等140批的时候，还不是current，需要再等一段时间。同时现在NSC的485处理太慢了 |

收到485的rfe了。。要不是律师失误，这个rfe就直接是绿卡了
坚定了一点点要pp的决心。。恩
