公司律师claim了这条 “Evidence of published material in professional
publications written by others about the alien's work in the academic field
” 论据就是我的引用。
请问这样做对吗？记得版上大神都是把引用归在Contribution里的，没有单独claim?

好像没什么人用citation单独claim

我记得有官方的说明，说仅仅是引用不能算“published material in professional
publications written by others about the alien's work in the academic field
”， 建议去找着uscis 原文然后和律师讨论。
