大使馆，今天收到大使馆回复：
The check or money order must be drawn on a bank or other financial
institution located in the United States and must be payable in U.S.
currency. Your payment will not be accepted if it is drawn from a financial
institution outside of the United States.
是这样的吗？必须要去美国境内开才可以吗？
只是觉得不敢相信，难道境外申请移民的都得跑去美国开支票付费？
