WASHINGTON - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced
today it is adjusting the premium processing fee for Form I-129, Petition
for a Nonimmigrant Worker and Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien
Workers beginning on Oct. 1, 2018 to more effectively adjudicate petitions
and maintain effective service to petitioners.
The premium processing fee will increase to $1,410, a 14.92 percent increase
(after rounding) from the current fee of $1,225. This increase, which is
done in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act, represents the
percentage change in inflation since the fee was last increased in 2010
based on the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers. |

，因为pp省下来的时间完全被排期cover掉了。传说pp还有可能招致更大几率的RFE（当

早知道结果还是好的，现在eb1的通过率比以前低，所以我觉得如果自己花钱，大多数
人还是愿意的

发帖数: 1 | 7 以前一个朋友的经历，第一次no pp花了一年多被rfe，只准用申请时的证据答复，准备
rfe就被折腾得半死，寄出后等了两个月实在熬不住了pp，一周以内就批了。不管过不
过pp花点钱买个安心，要是碰上这种长时间的煎熬大多数人都受不了。
