有个问题想求助万能移民版。我的配偶H1B extension 已经提交，目前pending。现在
我打算同时提交h4和h4 ead的延期，uscis官网对于提交体检地址是这么说的：
File with the USCIS Dallas Lockbox Facility if the receipt number of your H-
1B principal spouse’s most recent Form I-797 Notice of Approval for Form I-
129 begins with EAC or LIN.
File with the USCIS Phoenix Lockbox Facility if the receipt number of your H
-1B principal spouse’s most recent Form I-797 Notice of Approval for Form I
-129 begins with WAC.
我的配偶目前pending的收据是WAC开头，但是”most recent approved 797”，也就是
前一次renew h1b的approval notice是EAC开头。我不确定我到底需要提交到达拉斯还
是凤凰城…我倾向于理解为假定目前pending case已经批准，所以需要提交到凤凰城。

还有另外一个问题，我记得在某网看到如果485已经提交，就不能再renew h4?请问有这
种说法吗？
