LD EB1A PD 1/11/2017.LD 2017年3月交485,2018年2月面试3月就拿到卡了，我因为J1
豁免和排期，一直到17年10月才交485.
10/13/2017 I-485/I765/I-131 received.LD交485的时候还在TSC辖区，我交485的时候
人在加州，所以485寄去了凤凰城的lockbox，从case number来看，我的case还是随主
申请人去了TSC.

12/12/2017 Case transferred to NBC.
1/24/2018 I-765/I-131 approved
4/7/2018 RFE 说我材料里没有693表。其实我当时寄了，anyway，又寄了一次。从RFE
notice里发现，我的case已经转到了local.
4/18/2018 Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview
5/7/2018 Interview Was Scheduled (面试被安排在6/11/2018）
6/7/2018 Case Transferred To Another Office
6/8/2018 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
6/11/2018 去local office面试，被告知我的材料还没有寄到这个local office,面试
被取消。
6/20/2018 Interview Was Scheduled
7/24/2018 和LD去local office面试，面试官很nice，因为在党员那项填了Yes，所以
大部分时间都花在那里了。交485的时候写了一个statement，没有参考模板，就是按自
己的真实情况写了一个说明。面试的时候面试官让我把statement大致重复了一下，因
为我是高三就入党了，09年本科毕业后来美国留学，之后就没有交过党费，从10年2月
份算起来已经有八年了，所以这里面试官听完我重复了一遍说明之后就继续问其他问题
了。面试大概20分钟吧，没有问485里面其他yes/no的问题，也没有问关于婚姻之类的
问题，估计是我和LD在14年RI结的婚，情况看上去比较简单。
8/7/2018 case was transferred to another office for processing (local to TSC)
10/9/2018 I-765/I-131 card renewal.。等到十月份VB出来，有真排期了，立马renew
combo卡。
12/4/2018 I-765/I-131 approved。这次 有效期给了2年。
19年2月current，3月底联系了议员，议员办公室的staff很nice，问了两次TSC，TSC才
在四月九号回复，大致内容如下“According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Services (USCIS) records, your constituent’s Form I-485 was transferred to
the local district office for interview purposes and has been returned to
the USCIS Texas Service Center (TSC) for file staging purposes only.
At this time, the Form I-485 is pending relocation for a final decision. We
are not able to provide a timeframe for when the Form I-485 will be
relocated due to the application being filed on or after March 6, 2017.
Any applications filed on or after March 6, 2017, will need to be processed
by the National Benefits Center of the constituent’s local field office.”
4/9/2019 case was transferred to another office (TSC to NBC)
4/18/2019 议员收到NBC回复，大致如下“Our records indicate that your
constituent’s priority date is now current. Generally, applications and
petitions are processed in the order received, and the priority date on the
underlying visa petition is used to determine an individual’s place in the
visa queue. Your constituent’s case will be worked in the order received,
and once further action is taken, a notice will be sent to the address of
record. Please note, due to the high volume of visas now available, there
are a large number of cases pending review at this time. Your constituent's
case will be reviewed as soon as possible.”
5/11/2019 We ordered your new card
5/18/2019 Card received. 从信封上看，卡是从NBC寄出来的。
感谢本版，在DIY485和renew cambo卡的时候学习了很多。最后祝福还在排期的兄弟姐
妹们早绿，还没交485的能早日交485. | c**s
