Historically, USCIS has released VB with in 10 business days. Mostly on the
10th business day.
There are exceptions where they have released it late evening on 8th or 9th
business day, or, they have released it on 11th or 12th business day too.
Keeping that in mind, the chances of VB getting released on the 16th is
highly likely, since 2nd was a holiday.
There is a slim chance that they are going to release it on the 13th, late
