NEW: DHS says the release of its proposal to end the #H4EAD program won't
come out until at least spring 2020, and that's "aspirational”
The proposed regulation would still have to go through the notice-and-
comment period, plus the time it will take the agency to review those
comments. So actual rescission of the program may not be until the end of
2020, if at all (advocates have promised to sue). |
