接按照最早PD提交485，然后面试的时候再要求relink都来得及：可是这样交485的时候
按照新PD是没到排期的呀，怎么就能安排面试呢？！
所以：
1. 排期不到可以提交485吗？
2. relink到底有没有官方正规程序？ | c********0

relink就是打电话或面试时提 没标准流程也没标准处理时间 只能佛系等 | b*******g

485 cover letter写清楚你是按照老的PD file的485.
面试时候再和移民官确认就好了。
依据是：
Under the Code of Federal Regulations 8 CFR § 204.5(e): “A petition
approved on behalf of an alien under sections 203(b)(1), (2), or (3) of the
Act accords the alien the priority date of the approved petition for any
subsequently filed petition for any classification under section 203(b)(1),
(2), or (3) of the Act for which the alien may qualify. In the event that
the alien is the beneficiary of multiple approved petitions under section
203(b)(1), (2), or (3) of the Act, the alien shall be entitled to the
earliest priority date.” |
