"The EAD application (I-765) cannot be approved until the H-4 extension (I-
539) is approved, and USCIS cannot approve the I-539 until biometrics have
been taken and cleared. USCIS is currently publishing processing times of 7.
5 to 10 months for I-539 applications." |
