详细的Timeline：
11/30/2017: PD/RD Concurrent filling.
01/??/2018: Fingerprint
02/08/2018: EAD Approved for 1 year. AP rejected (等待AP期间12月份出境回国了
，AP重新申请的）
07/09/2018: AP received
10/18/2018: I-140 Approved
11/06/2018：“We completed our review of your fingerprints and are
continuing to work on your Form I-485”
02/28/2019: Interview completed, but no visa available, start waiting....
期间renew了两次EAD和AP。
今年8月份排期大跃进，变成current，到八月中一直没有动静，学习板友的经验联系

8/18/2020： Send mail to local Congressman office, received call and the
inquiry was sent to USCIS the same day - 感谢
8/28/2020: Congressman get reply from USCIS "Please note, due to the high
volume of visas now available, there are a large number of cases pending
review at this time. Your constituent's case will be reviewed as soon as
possible." 议员办公室说一个月内如果没有更新会再提交一个inquiry。
9/25/2020： Congressman office submitted another inquiry.
10/8/2020: Reply received from USCIS "This case is currently being
reviewed by an officer and your constituent should receive a decision or
notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this notice."
有了60天承诺，之后就安心继续等待了，准备等俩月没想到提前有惊喜了
11/2/2020：收到USCIS的邮件，有状态更新 “We ordered your new card.”
11/3/2020：状态更新 the case was approved
11/4/2020: 最新状态"Card Was Mailed To Me"
卡还没有收到，先报一下绿，收到后再更新一下。
