如果他说的是真的，目前形势不乐观。再加上第二波疫情，backlog
可能会维持很久。大家做好心理准备。。
Below is some quote:
The numbers...as of this morning there are over 1.3 million
appointments in the scheduling queue or are awaiting scheduling
(some are duplicates, ect). Approximately 578,000 are N400s
The ASCs are currently scheduling at 50% capacity AT MOST, some
ASCs are lower.
Based on the current backlog, new receipts coming in, and the rate
with which appointments are currently being cleared, it will take
at least 6+ months for things to get back to "normal" (ie appointments
scheduled with 6 weeks of receipt).
There are several serious issues with the scheduling system as well
which is not always capturing/rescheduling appointments for applicants
who had one cancelled during the closings. This means some newly filed
receipts are being scheduled before ones in Jan/Feb, etc. |
