Current Situation
As a result of COVID-19 restrictions, an increase in filings,
current postal service volume and other external factors, you
may experience a delay of four to six weeks in receiving your
receipt notice. These delays will not affect the receipt date.

In some cases, you may experience significant delays if you
filed a non-family based Form I-485 or Form I-765.
What USCIS Is Doing
The USCIS lockbox is working extra hours and redistributing its
workload in order to minimize delays. Once we open and process
your application, we print and mail the receipt notice.

奇怪的是基于EB-485的765还是只能送Dallas和Pheonix lockbox
那对于要将485改寄Chiago的人怎么办？是否还能和485一起file？

看来Dallas Lockbox收到的申请太多，不堪重负

去查了下765的，765和其他表一起交的时候，地址按另外那个表的地址。
‘If you are filing Form I-765 with another form, file both forms at the
location specified by the other form. For example, if you are filing Form I-
765 with a Form I-539, file both forms according to the Form I-539
Instructions. Use addresses below only when you are NOT submitting Form I-
765 with another form.’
