another office”。 请问这是什么意思？我是TSC 的EB1A。12月11号寄到的，PD是18
年3月。

Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC21907xxxx,
to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice
explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the
notice.
