发帖数: 3 | 4 为什么不直接补上J表呢？可能别人不是业务不熟，而是对你这个case就想多这份材料
来进一步确认。In general不需要，不代表对所有case都不需要。我也是EB1A, 我律师
当时就说移民局对EB1A也会发RFE要J表，所以让我申请的时候就加上了。
当然有可能是他们业务不熟，知道相关规定后就把这个RFE取消。
有可能他们就是要你这个表，收到你的这种回复后，继续RFE要这个表。这样一来一回
又耽误很多时间。
所以，个人觉得如果这个表不是很麻烦弄到的话，直接补上这个表更好。 |
