我的EB1B 485 自从4月初打了指纹后一直没动静。六月份主动提交体检也还是没动静。
上周托Senator联系了FO,得到以下回复：
Senator XXX was informed by the YYY Field Office that they have your I-485
application under supervisory review. At this point they have everything
they need from you, however, they are reviewing your application more
extensively. Thankfully, you did receive your EAD, as this supervisory
review will take more time than routine processing. They will inform you
directly if they need any further documentation from you.
有版友遇到过相似的情况吗？
还没面试就supervisory review 算是坏事吗？是不是除了等就没有别的办法了。谢谢
