发帖数: 1 | 1 2020年11月交的485(EB1)，2021年4月打了指纹，6月收到combo卡，9月初收到来自NBC
的RFE，9月底回复了RFE，到目前已经接近5个月了。因为一直没消息所以提交了
service request，收到的回复居然是说pd不current(具体内容如下)，但eb1现在绝对
是current的。有没有人知道这是怎么一回事？
USCIS records indicate that your application is currently pending, as the
priority date for your immigrant visa number has retrogressed and is not
available at this time. Therefore, you are not eligible to become a
permanent resident at this time. Your application will be held in abeyance
until a visa number becomes available to you. However, until that time you
will be required to keep your employment authorization current, and if you
intend to travel outside the United States you will need to apply for
advance parole. Once your priority date is current and an immigrant number
becomes available to you, USCIS will resume processing your application.

请人递交SR后收到和楼主一模一样的模板回复。按移民局排期我和副申的PD都是
current。也刚联系议员inquiry。
有可能移民局只是想说按PD先后顺序你还没排到？ |
