发帖数: 680 | 5 不是的。是因为他的报告里写得两辆车的方向完全不对，所以他在报告里质疑witness
是否能看见双方的交通灯。闯红灯的车应该是跟那两个witness的车是同一方向来的，
所以witness肯定能看见肇事车是闯红灯的。所以我们就打电话过去找那个警察想说清
楚他的报告里的两辆车的方向不对，想让他加上我们的statement，留了言等他打回来
。没想到他打回来后，极不耐烦的说他所知道的都在report里了，"I can do nothing
about the report now!" |

证词不可靠，以此推翻所有的事实，反而诬陷我们有错，就真的是百口莫辩了！ |

发帖数: 680 | 8 已经把我们的concern和正确的描述写了一个statement 发给保险公司了，还没收到回
音。因为这两辆车都是同一个保险公司的，不太指望他能为我们争取，只怕他们会来个
和事佬，两边55开，想想就觉得冤，平白无故的被个疯子白白撞，误工误时，老婆孩子
送医院遭罪担心，到头来还在担心被对方诬陷

保险公司说由于双方说法不一，现在交专人处理。
不知道对方会不会打电话去骚扰证人？ 让他们改说法。
毕竟报告上有证人所有的联系方式。 |
