the following academic year.
The rent is $320~340 (depending on the PV's new policy for the following
year), including all utilities. The apartment is fully furnished and it is
also sufficient if you bring your furniture in.
It is 1 min to the gold loop stop and in walking distance to campus.
Roommate is a very nice, clean, and quiet Chinese girl.
