Happy Hollow & 52) with balcony is available for sublease from 1/01/2010
onwards. Prefer to find someone to take over the lease for spring and summer
(current lease terminates 7/25, and you can renew the lease if you wish),
but will also consider for spring-only sublease.
I have no roommate, so the entire apartment can be vacant. If you want, I
can leave basic furniture to you (bed, desks, futon, chairs, book shelf
