1.Rate: 355-360/month, all utility, electricity, gas,included.
2.Period: Starting Mid-May 2010( it is flexible, and could be earlier) to
May 8 2011. ( and if the contract is renewed after the following year, you
can stay on).
3.Bedrooms are carpeted. Fully furnitured by my previous roommate right now
with queen-size bed and big study desk ( with the drawer and the bookshelf).
