Village staring April 1,2010 (until May 31, 2010). Mayfair Village is at 3B
bus route which has stop just outside of the apartment. It takes 6-8 minutes
bus ride to reach campus. After 7PM, 1B bus detours, which runs until
midnight.
You will pay $460 per month. This rent is “much lower” than what is
offered by the management to new tenants ($525). You can extend lease at
the price of $482 after May 31, 2010.
