My friend is looking for a person to take over the lease of a newly built
FUSE apartment, starting this August, for a year(2014~2015). FUSE is right
cross the Armstrong building, it takes like 2 minutes.
You'll be only paying 690/month+ utility (or $1,300 offer in advance ),
for renting a furnished 1bed and 1bath, and be sharing kitchen and living
room with a roommate. There will be washer and drier in the apartment. The
Roommate will be matched by the FUSE office. Please refer to the link for
