web browser看什么网页网站都困难，常常是要refresh十几次，有时候又是非常快，测
了网速，3M。
有人说是用了p2p，可是我没有用呀？
会不会邻居使用也会干扰我？我是cable直接从modem出来到电脑的，没有和人share网络
，用wireless router和不用都是同样毛病

make sure your cable modem is not overheat. don't put it on the carpet floor.
change to use other browser such as firefox. check you web browser, maybe
you used proxy before and proxy server expired.
