What we want is a tool or a set of tools (technologies) that would:
1. be HTML based so that the document will be portable,
2. allow multiple users edit the pages online, and
3. provide an integrated WYSIWYG editor so that people won't be forced to
learn HTML or other tags.
Wiki (MediaWiki) comes close but not ideal. Do you have any |
