taiwan. But modern NICs do not have that ability.
Please be advised that there is a bit in MAC indicating
whether it's a administratively MAC or globally unique one.
Furthermore, if you think about broadcast and multicast MAC
address, you won't be surprised at all.
Some load balancing or high availability solution such as
stonebeat does take advantage of manipulation of MAC address
to achieve those goals.
