only way to do is to write her an email or call her on the phone to deliver
the password or the key. she'll need pgp software to read the encoded emails.

发帖数: 791 | 8 pgp use a pair of keys: a public and a private key for each user.
when creating your own key-pair, you can choose to make a secret key
without a password, but that means anyone who gets the key
automatically becomes you. so, make a private key with a password
(called passphrase for some wired reason), and nobody can use it
unless they know the passphrase. system admins can read mailboxes
and also they can view users' private keys, so in order to get pass
them you definately need a passphrase. --

don't need to use PGP ba, it's like $100/lience. use that $100 to send her
flowers. 网管 firewall can't block flowers.
