numbers are harvard and yale, current target:
US equity: 11%, 14%
foreign: 20%, 14% (hardvard 12% developed 8% EM)
bonds: 13%, 5%
real assets: 31%, 25%
private: 13%, 17%
absolute: 17%, 25%
we can't get the last two, and real assets only if we are relatively
rich. but we can see at least for equity part, both heavily invest
