1) if you sell your house in China and buy one here at the same price,
you will gain about 3.5% APY (after tax) on the 2M RMB.
2) your expected stay in USA is longer than 10 years.
3) Therefore, if you think in the next 10+ years, house price in China
will grow more than 3.5% per year over house price in your current city,
you should keep your current plan and do not sell the 2M RMB house.

Do you rent it to your family members or relatives?
If the rent is the market price, the house price should go down to 0.5

The house is new, without any decoration, I am currently renting out as a
storage for a business person. So, the price is relative low. But easy to
manage it since I am here in U.S.
But market price will be not much higher than that. I estimate it about 2500
-3500 RMB per month depend on decoration condition.
