CSR: ... Why is that? Is it stolen, or you don't like it?
me: Yeah, I don't like it any more and it has annual fee.
CSR: I see. Just a moment please...
(typing for 15 seconds)
CSR: Would you like a confirmation letter stating your account is closed?
me: Yes, please.
CSR: Would you confirm your address for me please?

business. this is very sad... but anyway.. someone has to pay
