Check your plan's document (or call CSR) to find out if a fee is charged.
Another possibility is the timing of the transaction. If you request the
transaction after Jan 28 market close, your funds may be sold on Jan 29,
when the market is down compared with Jan 28.

我是在昨天下午2点请求交易，但CSR说今天早上才卖出，这是合理的吗？ 好像跟你说
的当天卖出不一样？
