发帖数: 460 | 6 I don't think so, in east coast, there are a lot of run-down areas in big
cities and some cities are almost run-down entirely. My understanding of
real estate value is whether we can use this building, this house or even
the land efficiently somehow. If there is a workshop building, and it's
useless since it's out-of-date workshop. Meanwhile, the cost to remove the
building exceeds the cost of getting an open land. In that case, the real
estate is considered to be worthless, at least to me.
